Seasons change, leaves let go, roots deepen and the tree grows.

So here we are in the throes of Spring, the trees have been overflowing with flowers as their leaves begin to grow. Daffodils and tulips came and went, and green is in abundance now as most of the trees are donning their summer attire! Every Spring I am reminded of how each season represents something. For me, Spring is all about growth, abundance, and hope for things to come. Most everything in our natural world can correlate to our lives.

Spring – A time to find out where you are, who you are and move towards where you want to go. To begin creating a new script for your life. Everything is hopeful again, colours are springing up in what was once cold and barren. A promise of the things to come.

Summer – (My favourite season) is all about freedom, less restriction and being carefree. Longer days, shorter nights. More time to implement all those Spring plans. Roots deepen.

Autumn – A time to release that which does not serve us any more. To let go of limiting beliefs. Preparation for the upcoming season. For some it’s a reminder that we must prepare for our long term goals.

Winter – When snow blankets our world, there is a whole new atmosphere of quietness. A beautiful silence. For some, winter represents the difficult patches of life, and for others, winter is their favourite season. They embrace the cold for all it has to offer!

Each season provides it’s own growth, what season of life are you in? Sometimes it can be challenging to transition from one season to the next, it’s okay to ask for help. Hypnotherapy has shown to be an excellent method to release one season and move into the next.

My wish for you is that you see the beauty that each season of life has to offer! If you need some help, give me a call. I have 2 locations where I see clients, one in Vancouver and the other in Delta.
