Never Go "On A Diet" Again... EVER!

The dictionary has many listings for the word "diet". In North America the default meaning is usually around being "on a diet". From this point forward, you you will begin to think about the word diet in a different way. The graphic below shows the preferred meanings for this word.

First things first, I want you to make a promise to yourself, right now, that you will never, ever go "on a diet" again! Diets don’t work. You already know, through past experience, that fad diets are simply just that. Fads. Temporary and short lived. Once they conclude, you end up right back where you started, maybe even heavier than before! The only thing that “going on a diet” does is create an unhealthy relationship with food.  There is a difference between being ON a diet and having a healthy diet which requires a subtle shift in perception. 

Instead, commit yourself to having a healthy diet. Long-term weight loss isn’t about deprivation. It’s about moderation. I’m never going to list off the things you can’t eat. Because let’s face it, I love Black Forest cake just as much as the next person!

With the use of hypnosis we can alter your thought processes so it’s unforced. We can go from “I can’t have that cake therefor I really want it” into “I could have that cake, but I really don’t feel like it.” For many clients, the shift is so subtle that it feels natural, as if that’s the way it’s always been.

Then we will reconstruct it, we’ll make a plan for success and then use Hypnosis to reinforce those decisions at a subconscious level. We’ll align your conscious choices with your subconscious responses! Whether it’s 5lbs, 50lbs or 150lbs you want to lose, visualize yourself now at that healthy, trim weight. Full of energy, zest and easily making healthy choices! Doing all those things you’ve been putting off for one reason or another.

How many sessions will you need?

Well it all depends on your individual needs, but the majority of my clients find that in 4-5 sessions they are making those changes which lead to the weight coming off at a healthy rate. Of course, the more you increase your physical activity the faster the results are. Not just on the scale, but also in terms of how healthy and energized you feel! This combined with healthy food choices in appropriate portions will keep you moving in the right direction!
